Everyone at SPY is welcoming and encouraging (also forgiving when you come at the last minute for class and need a mat 🫣).The variety of class times is helpful and I love looking at all the Lululemon and SPY swag. The location is convenient, especially to get a Bigby coffee after. I enjoy the view of the trees across the street and feel grounded in this studio. I am so glad I made the choice to get an unlimited pass; with that membership you also get a 15% discount on Lulu! Try a class and work through your flow, it's worth it.
