I'm a 500 hour RYT and that class was by far the best class I've ever attended anywhere. The drums were powerful and Heidi's delivery was authentic and intentional.

Class on Saturday and Sunday this weekend were absolutely amazing - 2 great HOT power flows and a welcoming yoga community. Annette, Heidi and everyone that works at the studio truly cares about everyone that comes in their studio.
