Ladies working the sign ins were super nice and helpful. My stress level being a first time participant was instantly gone. Class was awesome (yin). Price was high, but understandable for one-of sessions. Not sure of other events on the schedule? But doing something that is not "hot" would be a great addition..... But I want to check out the hot power flow which will dictate if I do a package or not since most classes are the hot power flow.
