Kim was so kind and helpful. She was understanding of my back issues and gave suggestions for different positions that would be best for me. She was introduced me to others in the class and made me feel very welcome. She encouraged me to move at my own pace. The atmosphere was lovely with dim lights, relaxing music, and aromatherapy. I will definitely do classes with her again.
