• It is a treat for me to carve out time to take care of myself. Shannon is really remarkable at her craft! Her class encourages me to make more time for myself, and plan strategically around washing my hair. I feel like a beginner and love how she guides you to your fullest capability while having fun. My family and I love all of the instructors, great place to be you, be present, feel welcomed, and feel better.
