Walking in, the reception area and receptionist were both warm and welcoming. I was seen promptly and my massage therapist, Shingi was absolutely fabulous. Checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable but otherwise mirrored my quietness and the massage felt fantastic during and I could feel the difference in my body throughout the day
