• I will always go to see Dawn. Unfortunately, I did not see her yesterday as she was sick and because no detail was left when I was left a message that it needed to be rescheduled I did take time off work and came in. It was probably the most uncomfortable I have felt ever as the gal at front desk wanted to disagree with me in front of everyone and when I said when I received the voicemail late that evening but it just said to call regarding my appt. (And that is the same voicemail as I always receive) At this point I just wanted to leave as I am not one for confrontation and two I came as my low back as been extremely sore and needed to be seen. Unfortunately, I listened to that one and went back I listened to the one previously when it was a reminder call and the messages were the same. It just said to please call back regarding my appt. No details or anything. I understand Dawn is extremely booked up next week but when I said I need a morning appt. The only thing offered was February 1st. Left feeling very discouraged but I will always come back because of Dawn as I have seen her for many, many years.
