• I scheduled a massage with Amy at Silver linings Day Spa this week after dealing with lower back and thigh pain. Amy's bodywork was very effective in addressing my issues. Afterwards, she suggested several stretching exercises that I will use to continue to loosen up this area. I look forward to my next massage!
