My masseuse was attentive to where I needed the most work and how hard or soft I needed and could tolerate. She listened, was so personable, a real joy, and professional, knew exactly what I needed and how to meet that need. I went in with back strain and neck and shoulder knots , and relayed pain between hips and lower back, walking stiffly with pain, from heavy lifting that activated an old injury. I left relaxed with only a remaining twinge of pain in my right hip and able to walk and move more freely and painlessly!
