• This was my first massage ever. I had had a very stressful week and needed to unwind. I was also experiencing soreness from working out. The day after the massage I felt comfortable in my body. My body didn’t feel stiff and as heavy. Returning to the stresses of work was bearable. Vanessa was very helpful in making me feel comfortable on my first massage. I look forward to returning.
