• I thought the infrared light was lighting the whole body. The light essentially is just around your face area or where the top arch is. Also the music in the background was not loud but audible. If you didn't have noise cancellation for headphones your music would have to be quite loud to hear your own music. Very relaxing, love the concept, definitely got a good sweat on. Will be back. Thanks so much

• It was far more than I expected. I kinda went in with a mindset of this might be bullshit but it was serious. I didn't last the whole 45 without opening it up. In fact it was quite uncomfortable the last 10 mins but the after effects were amazing. I'm still relaxed 20 hours later. I'll be back
