• I really enjoyed it! Super relaxing and I felt great after. I gave 9/10 for recommendation because everything was great, but I find it similar to the benefits of hot yoga (studios with infrared like mine), so I feel like it's a decisions between if you want the stretch or want to just relax and reap similar benefits
