• The experience itself was peaceful and calm. A very low stress environment for a very calm activity. The person who got us all checked in was very kind and informative about the process and the colours of lights in the room. We were asked about the music volume right as we started to make sure we were the most comfortable we could be. The after effects are amazing as well. I woke up this morning feeling better than I have in a while. Energized and well rested. The experience helped with my back pain and cramps as well as helping me relax after a few high stress weeks!
