• I love this place. I already recommend it to everyone. A place for all different shapes, sizes, levels & walks of life. I'm home in an hour & get the best full body workout. We all know that muzzling your face to workout isn't healthy & at Shred 27 we can all come together, get a good workout & not have to muzzle up. My instructor/trainer is so sweet, caring & helpful. I have questions all of the time about what we are doing & I never feel uncomfortable asking them. Thank you!
