• I choose a score of 10 because Shred 27 is awesome! I love the 27 minute workout. Just because the classes are short doesn't mean that you don't get a good workout. The owners are wonderful people and it's just a great atmosphere to workout in. I have met some really good people that have become really good friends. "10 " all the way!!
