  • I really enjoy my time there. Coaches are great and encouraging to go at the best level for us.
  • Love that I can get a good workout in a half hour. My only criticisms would be that the exercises should be changed up more, and more attention should be paid to watching and correcting form. We end up doing the same exercises over and over, and I’ve talked to some members who aren’t used to working out and feel like they need some guidance on form while doing the exercises.
  • Shred is a great challenging workout. It's a very efficient workout given the allotted time, it works all muscle groups and provides a great cardio workout.
