• Shred27 provides a clean facility, excellent, well-choreographed workouts, hand-picked trainers all which lead to a great workout experience. The owners and personal trainers create an environment welcoming to women of all fitness levels. They have built a positive training facility that celebrates the successes of all of its members. Members have made friendships and bonds that are positive and encouraging.
