• Staff, instructor, facility, amenities, cleanliness, quality of the class, ease of booking and check in, beautiful environment, nice people, toiletries, towels, blocks mats weights blankets straps bolsters are all clean and available to you, encouraging, welcoming, smells good, clean shower, clean floor, clean air, no bad smells or musty odor like some yoga studios especially heated/hot yoga, music and playlists, variety of classes, events and workshops, the staff and instructors are so kind and friendly to beginners like me, the other members too it's just a nice place to be and the classes feel amazing
