I gave Shine a 10 because it is a great place to workout! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Anytime I have questions I always get a quick response through email. The workouts are fantastic and when I leave I know I did not waste my time with my cycle class! At the last class I burned over 500 calories! I would highly recommend giving Shine a try!
