The music is bumping, the ambiance is amazing, and the ride itself is empowering. I feel so strong after every workout, and I usually don't even notice how hardI'm working until after the ride! An overall phenomenal experience every. Single. Time.

Shine is the best. It's a dance party on a bike while getting in a great workout. Instructors are so sweet and welcoming. Shine is always a part of my daily routine, 10/10 from this girl!
