Shine cycle was empowering and accepting all in one. I was way out of my comfort zone as I've never been to a class before and when I came Destenny helped me clip in and set up my bike as well as give me a little talk before to go at my own pace and to not beat myself up by the score board. I cried at the end just because it was such a good feeling and an accomplishment of mine I was proud of. The essential oil cold towels at the end topped it all off. Looking forward to my next class Friday!
