• Jasmine is awesome, she has been cutting my hair for the last 4 months and I have never been happier or received compliments on my hair cut in 36yrs. As well the staff is always nice and both locations east Blvd and southpark are great atmospheres. A good friend of mine and my former stylist since high school opened a mens salon "The Cut" in uptown CLT and i still prefer Sheer Excellence and Hope to see Jasmine once a month for as long as I have hair.

• Amy was terrific! Elected not to get shampoo & massage because of time constraints. You all should consider adding a haircut option without the “extras” that enable folks to get in and out quicker. Also it would be cheaper option, which would attract me to come in more often rather than visit another competitor, who is quicker, cheaper, and same quality cut. They do not have same visit experience, but the other three variables outweigh visit experience received... in my opinion. Thanks!

• Sydney always gives me a consistently good haircut which is the primary reason I go to Schear excellence. However, it’s also an exceptionally better overall experience than going to other barber shops in the area. Schear excellence is about $12-$15 more than other barbershops I’ve been to but I feel the quality and experience are worth the premium.
