• Amy was already one of my favorite people at Dilworth them at South Park location. But she was was very diligent about her mask and helping make sure mine stayed on and secured during the appointment. I had not been to get my haircut since February because of the concern of COVID and the especially high risk that is unavoidable at a saloon. However, Shear Excellence has gone over and above with their attention to detail and making the customer feel safe. If they continue to not only have a mask policy, but enforce to protect their employees and the customers I will get my haircut at the same frequency as before. Additional, I will recommend anyone with concerns to Shear Excellence Including patrons who had not been patrons of Shear excellence prior to the pandemic. It is the only saloon I feel comfortable going to and the only one I would let my family who I am in person contact Visit without having to quarantine before I would allow them to be around my family or me. I have my stylist a 50% tip and I hope Shear Excellence is taking care and showing their appreciation to their employees who are putting themselves at risk during this time to serve their customers. Especially after being out of work for 2 months, I hope their importance is recognized not only my the customers but by the managements and corporate team.
