• From the very beginning, starting with the phone call and request for services, the staff greeted me with a welcoming attitude and quickly navigated the process making it easy for us to get in immediately. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and professional and upon our arrival took special care to make sure we were comfortable in every possible way. The entire vibe was authentic, from the decor, the chill music, the atmosphere divine from start to finish and our customer experience was by far over and above what we normally encounter in our day to day. Our provider communicated clearly at each step of the process and went over and beyond to make sure our every need was not only met, but exceeded. There is not one thing that we can think of to improve the process. It was exceptional.
