• The haircut is always great...but Destiny needs to teach everyone else how to do head scalp massage while she's washing and conditioning. Also, you need to offer bloody Mary's or a little Baileys for an iced coffee. They make pre-canned stuff if you can't mix it without having a license.

• #1: The stylists are great and make the customer feel welcome and at ease #2: The SouthPark location is attractive and convenient #3: The price is OK If you can keep #1 happy while paying the rent on #2 and not raising #3 on your customers, you'll succeed in the long-term.
