• A combination of both the quality of haircut and experience. This was a major haircut for me and I was a bit apprehensive about it, not knowing exactly what I wanted and not having the best experiences with past haircuts. That apprehension was quickly dispelled after speaking with Jade. I could quickly tell they are knowledgeable and care a lot about their craft. Not only that, they effectively communicated their expertise, listened intently to what I had in mind, and ultimately I had trust in their judgement in terms of what would look best. As far as the actual haircut, it’s the best I’ve ever received. It looks great, feels great. Invariably, I’ve been a hat wearer after my haircuts. Not this time, I’m rocking with it. Jade’s out here changing lives. I'm very pleased, definitely will be coming back for all of my future cuts.
