• I love your booking tool because I am one of those clients that doesn’t know he’s going to get his hair cut until the day I go... I have had a consistent experience with every stylist I’ve visited with. One suggestion... when checking out, it’s slightly uncomfortable when the stylist asks if I would like to add gratuity. I ALWAYS leave a decent tip but can this be automated through the touch screen somehow? The ask seems to be innocent, it’s just awkward and a bit uncomfortable on the spot.
