• I am mostly happy with the quality of service. Made my appointment to avoid a specific stylist who did not give me the haircut we discussed last time. The stylist I was supposed to have my appointment with left without comment and the one who gave me the wrong haircut introduced herself as if we hadn’t met. I did not like having to have confrontation.
