• The cut was excellent and the experience as a whole was great. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was because after I was offered a beverage, the woman who offered forgot about it and I had to remind her 10 minutes later. My stylist Miranda was also not notified I had actually arrived - so my hair cut did not get started until 5-10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. These are small things that did not disrupt my schedule on a Saturday, but could certainly have been a nuisance if I was running on a tighter schedule.
