• Great atmosphere, skilled stylists, the extra perks (head, neck, shoulder massage) makes getting a simple haircut more like a mini trip to the spa. Recommendation though: consider a style yourself spot (hair dryer and product with a mirror somewhere near the back), this could help get your stylist on to their next client if they are behind, and allow particular individuals to style their hair the way they would to ensure the ideal look if going out immediately after. It would also allow them to sample products on their own and could boost those sales ever so slightly.

• Awesome service. I had to wait 10 mins because the guy before me was late but it was no problem. Receptionist was warming and welcoming. Nicole then did an amazing job. Even though all of her times got pushed back from the guy who was late, she didn't make me feel rushed. Definitely will be coming back!
