• Shear Excellence has been my go-to place since I moved to the Ballantyne area in mid-2021. Ashley was patient enough to listen and deliver my needs, but apart her, I never got a good service. I am glad that she is back but still the way few others looks (specially the one who checked me in yesterday, NOT the one who handled my billing she was wonderful ) when I walk in feels I am not welcome here. But with respect to my haircut yesterday - after a long time, I got the closest to what I asked for. Once again, I am glad Ashley is back. Thanks
