• Friendly staff. Had to clarify my son's haircut desires with the barber a second time, even after showing a picture of what he wanted. Barber was willing to fix it without complaint

• I scheduled an adult basic price for my son for $17 then got 2 texts with a schedule change 13m before my son was due to arrive and while he was in the chair- appt was moved out to an hour fifteen min ahead then a third text came in with a Price change to $28 with no explanation. A phone call would have been nice to explain considering it was our first time
