• The energy is super friendly and approachable, the space is so cool and unique, and the classes push me in a way that isn't intimidating. I went to Shakti as essentially my first-ever hot yoga a year ago (I was visiting from out of town and found it via mindbody) and that kickstarted a passion for hot yoga and since then I've been doing it regularly where I live! Very grateful to Shakti in that regard!
