Love them all, but Kelly is the bomb! And such a sweetie. Great spirit.

I don't know what happened to this place but they stopped answering my phone calls to schedule an appointment months ago and their website was down for a month at that time. I had a monthly subscription so I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. I assumed they went out of business. Would have been nice to let their customers know they were closing.

I booked a custom 60 minute facial through ClassPass and was helped by Ashley. I am a huge skincare junkie and am really particular about stuff being done to my face, but Ashley was so understanding and accommodating and most importantly, very knowledgeable! She explained everything to me from the benefits, techniques, to even the clinical aspect of it (which I really appreciate!!) The space was clean, welcoming, and very relaxing. There are questions that ask you beforehand whether you like quiet/conversation and even massage pressure, so it's a unique experience catered to you. I highly recommend!

I use ClassPass and this company cancelled day of treatment stating the person who did the facials I signed up for was no longer available. Then when told they would call me back for the next day appointment at 12:30 they never called and didn't answer the phone or return my messages. Incredibly poor customer service and should be taken off of ClassPass if this is how the costumers are treated.

When I first entered, I immediately noticed how cutely decorated this place is. The facial room I was in was also very nicely decorated and the walls were painted a dark color, which made me want to relax and sleep! The esthetician who did my facial was very nice and friendly. They also had a good amount of facial products for sale along with some other items. It's in a convenient location in North Park and there was parking right behind it, which made it easy and stress free to go there. They offer many different services making it a one-stop shop for beauty/relaxation needs. The only thing I think that could be improved was that they didn't offer any coffee, water, or tea and the bathroom didn't have toilet paper in it. Also, although the esthetician I went to was very nice, she was not as experienced as other estheticians that I have gone to and her suggestions reflected that.

What an amazing experience with Cassidy. This was the best Brazilian wax I've ever had in the 20 years I've been getting them. First time doing sugar wax and I will never go back. I found them on Groupon and she was able to get me in the next day. I generally like a few days before special event to get used to it but was incredibly surprised at how gentle she was and I wasn't swollen or irritated at all. I can't wait to go back!

Definite recommend. Especially for the new and shy. Many different services are offered and you won't be disappointed with whomever you choose to service you. I receive the lash extension service but have recommended and brought along many family and friends for other services. All of the techs are friendly, Knowledgable and informative with that knowledge. Comfortable and diverse environment and that's really important to me.

It was my first time here and I was really looking forward to my Gua Sha facial at a spot with a really cool concept. She was kind and lovely, but unfortunately the experience as a whole was underwhelming. It was a relaxing experience, but I didn't feel like my skin got the deep clean I was hoping for. Everything step (cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, gua sha, light treatment) felt short and not done thoroughly. I was really hoping she'd spend more time on the Gua sha part, but that was also pretty short. When I got up at the end of the appointment, it was also just at 60 minutes, but the service was supposed to be 75 minutes.

I also didn't seem to get confirmation or a reminder for my appointment, but was able to call and confirm my appointment time. I'll be trying other places!

I came in for a facial with Aissa and get some crystals. The whole experience was great. I filled out a COVID-19 attestation after getting my temperature checked. The whole shop is adorable with reasonably priced crystals and other items. The private room for my facial was ambient with lots of crystals and salt lamps, and candles. The actual facial was fabulous and relaxing. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!

Please consider more gender options on the first time waiver/consent - my only complaint! :)

I have been blessed with Caroline Parsons for almost 4 years. I look forward to getting my facials!! I'm 60 this year and I hear compliments almost everyday that I look like I'm in my mid 40s.
