This was my first time doing yoga since high school (1980s). Instructor was very professional and class was extremely relaxing. Also Love the studio.
I chose it because the atmosphere is very calm and inviting, the instructors have the ability to connect with all age levels and the overall experience leaves you satisfied when leaving and having fulfilled your initial needs in going.
Started on time, very comfortable, very relaxing

The energy balancing class is my favorite class and Courtenay is awesome!
