This was my first yoga class. I felt comfortable enough, that I will return. The atmosphere was not intimidating.
I had a really great time with my my wife and the instructor was very motivational!!!
The environment was a safe, serene, and allowed me to release some emotions that were weighing me down. I left feeling lighter and more connected to self.
The director/owner was very inviting, and studio space was nice and open. The class (birthing yoga) and instructor were great. Will def recommend this studio to others and return in the future.
