• EVERYTHING! I Love that the whole staff is so friendly. The atmosphere & decor is so warm & calming. The message & sauna ( which is the best in health) is awsome! I love the salt room as well! And cannot wait 2 try the new facial technique!! And I love the water or tea, as soon as U arrive & picking out a meditation, as U leave! We all need a time 2 do self care & 2 recenter ourselves & 7th Holistic Spa is the very place 2 do this!!!
