• I have had massages at 7th Wonder before and it has always been a relaxing experience. However, this was my first massage with Christy. Christy was able to coach me on my breathing so I was able to fully relax and calm my body. Once my mind and body were calm she was intuitive and able to find and focus on the areas where I was holding the stress and work related tension. After my massage Christy even gave me some advice for stretches I could add to my morning routine to help with the tension. I will be scheduling another appointment with her soon.
