• I've never had a massage and with my shoulder and neck issues Joan hit several trigger points that I never felt with therapy. Joan explained the years of damage and solutions. Joan was knowledgeable, supportive, professional, and compassionate. Joan has a very peaceful spirit and we connected well. • Seems simple but big to me . I once went to a spa and in the sitting area was a place for you to prepare tea, coffee or ice water . They also offered things such as granola bars and even a complimentary glass of wine . The point is this is my 2X at seventh wonder and haven't been offered refreshments. I had to ask for water .
