Seventh Dimension Dance is my happy place. It's somewhere safe (and clean) where I can let go and stay healthy by keeping my body moving. I love all of the instructors and everyone I have met there including students are so sweet and supportive.

Because this is my happy place At 7DD women are able to feel beautiful about their bodies and at ease comfortable in their own skin. Never have I experienced a place where Women are so completely supportive and encouraging to each other . I have seen every woman who walked through those doors become transformed into a better, more confident version of themselves within weeks of starting up . This place is magical and truly has changed many of our lives , mine included. This is my chosen family , my tribe and I love them fiercely!
