Serenity Salt Spa

I was skeptical at first, but I cannot get enough of this place. The office staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I've experienced the salt room twice and it was fantastic both times. The zero gravity chairs are extremely comfortable and pillows and blankets are provided for additional comfort. Once the salt starts being pumped into the room, breathing becomes easier and everything becomes right with the world. The red glow of light lends itself well to a sleep inducing atmosphere. I did not completely fall into a deep sleep, but fell into a twilight zen state, instead. The 45 minute experience left me both relaxed and rejuvenated. I went home and had the most restful sleep I've had in a long while. I cannot wait to return and I highly recommend this facility!

If you're thinking about going do it! I was skeptical at first but I left feeling great. My skin and lungs felt wonderful and before I came in I had a bit of a headache. When I left it was completely gone. I slept like a baby and I'm now a believer.

The spa is quiet and relaxing and worth every penny.

I was very surprised that my sinuses feel so much better, and my cough is much less.
After only 1 session I am very happy. I have spoken to 3 people about this today, including my Dr.. Amazed, happy, and will be back Thursday. Thank you for your help with my health.

Wonderful relaxing serene. Sherry is amazing and professional, a super cool caring person. Enjoyed my visit here so much. I felt very relaxed and happy afterwards, and I know the salt spa treatment contributed to this .

I love this salt spa! It's a great way for me to relax and help my eczema at the same time. I've hardly had any problems with it since I started coming.

My allergies have been super bad right now. After spending 45 minutes in the salt spa, I came out breathing so much better and had a fantastic sleep. It really works!! I have been there 3 times now, and each time I fell asleep because it's so relaxing. It's also helped clear up some problematic skin issues too. I would highly recommend to not do this right after shaving because it is salt and it will burn as the mist falls on your skin. They do provide blankets though that you can cover up with, and that would help too.

Very helpful and relaxing experience. I feel like it improved my breathing and also my skin feels nice and soft today. I plan on going back.
