Both my experience first visiting meeting the wonderful owner and my first yoga class were exceptional! I did the yoga foundations class and Shawn was a wonderful teacher and the class felt both emotionally and physically restorative! It was challenging in the best ways and he offered easy to follow and understand guidance.
