Patti and all of the yoga instructors are educated and wonderful. It's a place that can help you if you are injured and recovering, just starting out in yoga or if you are a true yoga master and need Power Classes, they have that too. Also, it's a place of comfort, peace, kindness and SERENITY!!!!
