The instructor was amazing at guiding the class without overcorrecting anyone or making anyone feel uncomfortable. He gave perfect alternatives for each pose. He eased in to the class with a perfect pace and really meaningful breath work I haven't experienced anywhere else. And of course the beautiful live music at the end was the cherry on top of it all. I also appreciate that he let everyone get adjusted in the beginning and wasn't super strict about starting exactly on time and then let the time go over a bit. It all just felt natural and intuitive. Nothing was forced.
