The distance is a bit far, but it's worth the trip. That's it! Also, there are no wall hangers in the room for belongings, but that's not a deal breaker.

1) I like the clear, helpful communication (being able to make my appointment online with the therapist of my choice and seeing their available times and dates; receiving confirmation of appointment; receiving the intake form in advance; request to text when I've arrived, etc.) 2) Pleasant seating area to wait outside before appointment. 3) Receptionist was friendly and professional. 4) Therapist Katie was skilled and did an excellent job! I would request her again.
