I like that Serenity & Massage provides descriptions for each massage therapist regarding their techniques, pressure range, and areas of specialty so that I could choose the individual that I thought would best meet my needs, and I also like that I can book an appointment with that particular individual. I've been going to the same massage therapist 1-2 times a month for over six months for chronic back issues, and she is amazing. She doesn't just focus on the problem area but also works on muscles that impact the problem area, and she makes adjustments based on the tightness of the muscles (for me, that moves around). She also gives me tips on stretching exercises that I can do at home. The office space is very welcoming and relaxing, and the staff are very nice. I love their membership plan, too!

Receptionist was friendly, professional and helpful with my questions. My massage therapist Brandon was awesome and checked in with me occasionally about the pressure. The place is clean and welcoming. All of the massage therapists there always have a bright smile. Overall a great experience!
