Sure, check-in was mostly seamless, Luci was professional, got right to work, was experienced and resolved the pain I had. She even discovered my shoulders were tense and worked on them too, I guess it's something I just lived with because they didn't hurt but they were knotted. After I had a much greater range of motion and no tightness, still do today. Best massage I've had to date!
