The facility was very clean, massage therapist educated me on what he would be working on after I told him what area needs work, front desk staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Volume of music in room was perfect, scent of oils were not overwhelming, there were protocols for sanitization that were highly enforced, and just well worth a membership!!
