1) I like the clear, helpful communication (being able to make my appointment online with the therapist of my choice and seeing their available times and dates; receiving confirmation of appointment; receiving the intake form in advance; request to text when I've arrived, etc.) 2) Pleasant seating area to wait outside before appointment. 3) Receptionist was friendly and professional. 4) Therapist Katie was skilled and did an excellent job! I would request her again.

Katie is excellent at her massage therapy. Explains what she is doing and executes well on my areas of pain. She is always checking on pressure so I appreciate that. Always feel much better when I see her. Grateful for her skill!
