Very welcoming and professional reception staff. The masseuse was accommodating both to my late arrival (due to getting lost after parking) and my needs of the massage itself. My one piece of constructive criticism would be to have your IT person or POS tech service person find a way to more accurately have the payment device reflect the charge. I had to go on trust that I would be charged the $22 that I was told was being put on my card. The payment device showed that I was paying $89 and asked for a tip on top of that.
