• Everyone was very professional and extremely helpful. I came in to use a gift card I was given for Mother’s Day. In typical mom brain, I forgot the gift card at home and remembered when I was already 20 mins in to my 30 min commute to the spa. I called and they were very understanding and told me I could just redeem the gift card with the code in the back of the card. After my massage and facial, I was ready to pay. The lady at the front was having all sorts of issues pulling up my gift card in the system. She never once gave up, considering it was becoming complicated to find it, she continued to ask me questions so she could find my husbands gift card purchase. She even tried to get help from her manager and was advised to charge me the full $200 again and I would be refunded when I could show proof of having a gift card. The lady made it clear that she didn’t want me to do and continued to search in their system. She finally found it and credited me the amount on my gift card. The spa services are fantastic and would recommend this place just based on that. But the check out service I received at the end really hit a home run. I felt like the person at the front really wanted to help me and make it a great experience for me. I wish I knew her name so I could give her a personal shout out. Whoever was working the front on Saturday 5/15 around 530pm, you’re awesome and thank you!

• Wonderful massage. Only negative is I was told the foot scrub was $20 and if it was different they would let me know. Never told me it was $40.
